BAKING SODA AND LEMON

INGREDIENTS You will need

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Lemon or grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup of water

PREPARATION

Start the preparation by putting the main ingredient in a glass of water and mix well. Then you are only left to add  the remaining ingredient – the lemon juice and mix again. You should drink this weight loss accelerator in the morning before you eat something  and after a while you will see the results!

BAKING SODA AND ACV

INGREDIENTS You need

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of ACV
  • ½ a teaspoon of baking soda

PREPARATION

As simple as it can be! Add everything in a glass of water and drink on empty stomach at the morning.

BAKING SODA AND FRUITS

INGREDIENTS you NEED

  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ a teaspoon of baking soda
  • Lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
  • A sprig of mint leaves
  • A cup of strawberries

PREPARATION

The preparation includes blender beside all the ingredients. You should blend everything together and drink the smoothie twice a day.
